Joseph Troski singles now available on iTunes

August 24, 2007 (Los Angeles, CA) Singer/songwriter Joseph Troski has released three singles on iTunes now available for downloading: "Don't Tease Me," "How Do U, How Do I" and "African Sun (Stay Clean)". A full-length EP will be released in the next few months.

South African-born singer/songwriter Joseph Troski has been writing and performing music since the age of five.  Born in the suburbs of Johannesburg, Joseph moved to Brooklyn, NY, when he was eight.  Joseph taught himself how to sing and play the piano.  Joseph attended Manhattan’s La Guardia High School of Music & Art (the school from the television series “Fame”).  By age 18, he was performing original songs in clubs and restaurants throughout New York City’s East Village and Brooklyn.  At 19, Joseph was offered a seat to study in the Purchase College Conservatory of Music, a recording contract from an independent label and a publishing deal.  A prolific songwriter, Joseph Troski also produces music for film, theater and other artists.  In 2001, two of Joseph’s original compositions received honorable mention from the John Lennon International Songwriting Competition.
